For this assignment I was really trying to master some of the basic tools in photoshop. I had never used photoshop until this class and I tried to use this assignment as an opportunity to understand the different tools available in this program.
I found the resolution aspect of this assignment the most challenging. I think that it was the most challenging only because it was the first thing that we did. I couldn't keep up at first because I was so new at using the program, but eventually I caught up.
One issue that I had was that the quality of my original pictures was not very good, making it difficult for me to use them. I struggled at first to make the assignment work with what I had, but eventually I decided that it would be better to simply start with new, better quality images. It definitely worked out for me this way.
The thing that I am most proud of overall is the fact that I can honestly say that I developed a stronger understanding of photoshop by completing this assignment. Mission accomplished. If I had more time I would have played around even more with the various tools available in photoshop.
